Once again, I'm Amber. A sophomore here at Towson University. My major is Mass Communications with a concentraion in Journalism. I would like to double major in Early Childhood Education (I love kids), but I dont want to be here for the rest of my life so I am still thinking about that. I either want to minor in Communication Studies or Creative Writing.
I now like to read the New York Times, after being forced to read it for my other Journalism class, and I wouldn't mind working for them once my grammar and writing skills become better. It takes me about two days to finish reading that whole paper since there is so much information in it. But, my dream is to become a journalist for Vogue. I think I would be more comfortable with magazine writing because its hard for me to report hard news facts.
I am very excited to finally work with Mac books in this class. I always wanted one, but I heard they were very expensive. Hopefully, I will be able to improve my HTML skills because I had a very difficult time last semester with editing and posting my assignments to the web. I am also glad that this class is very small because it will give me more one-on-one help with my professor.
